INSTRUCTIONS
Re-Registration is applicable only for those who are registered in Lifetime Membership
1) All particulars of the application must be filled by the applicant.
2) The name and particulars entered must be exactly correspond with the name and particulars of the applicant entered at the University.
3) Kindly attach scanned copy of Registration Certificate (issued by Tamil Nadu Dental Council).
4) Aadhaar Card is must. (Voter id, Valid Indian Passport are only accepted. Any one of the proof Front & Backside in a PDF – Colour

For Regular Update on all other services, login and Reclaim your profile for first time and once Verified you can directly login by clicking the Login button in MENU SECTION
